In accordance with the "Procedures and Principles for Determining the Rankings of YTÜ Undergraduate Graduates," the rules and deadlines to be applied in determining the students who will place in the top three in our department are outlined below:
- Grade and ranking evaluations are based on the grade point averages calculated upon completion of the spring semester final exams.
- Students who take make-up exams after the final exams are not included in the academic ranking.
- Information and grade entries related to mandatory internships, as well as other externally sourced grade entries such as credit transfer and exchange programs, must be entered into the automated system no later than the final day for entering spring semester final exam grades.
Accordingly, students who are in the process of graduating and have the potential to qualify for a degree but
- whose internship procedures, credit transfer, or grade transfer requests have not yet been finalized,
- or who are required to take a make-up exam due to scheduling conflicts or other reasons,
must urgently report their situation within three days, along with their current transcripts, via the relevant email addresses below to avoid any loss of rights:
