Sınavlarda Uyulması Gereken Kurallar Hk.

Değerli Öğrencilerimiz,

Sınavlarda uyulması gereken kurallar aşağıda belirtilmiştir. Lütfen dikkatle okuyunuz ve her birine titizlikle uyunuz:

1. Sınav sırasında cep telefonu, bilgisayar, akıllı saat, kulaklık ve benzeri elektronik cihazların üzerinizde veya yanınızda bulunması kesinlikle yasaktır. Bu cihazlar sınav öncesinde gözetmen kürsüsüne bırakılmalıdır.
2. Teslim edilen cihazların kaybolması ya da zarar görmesi durumunda gözetmen sorumlu tutulmayacaktır. Bu tür olumsuzlukların yaşanmaması adına, sınavlara elektronik cihaz getirmemeniz önemle rica olunur.
3. Yasaklı elektronik cihazların sınav sırasında kullanıldığının veya bulundurulduğunun tespiti hâlinde derhal tutanak tutulacak ve ilgili öğrenci hakkında disiplin soruşturması başlatılacaktır. Bu uygulama, 23.05.2025 tarih ve 2025/19-13 sayılı Fakülte Yönetim Kurulu Kararı uyarınca yürütülmektedir. (İlgili karar için tıklayınız.)
4. Çanta ve ceketlerinizi sınav salonunda bulunan askılara veya duvar diplerine bırakınız. Masa ve sıra üzerinde ya da oturduğunuz alanın çevresinde yalnızca öğrenci kimliğiniz, kalem, silgi gibi sınav için gerekli araçlar bulunmalıdır. Ceket dahi masa veya sırada bulundurulmamalıdır.
5. Hesap makinesi kullanımı serbest ise, cihazın kapağının yine masa ve sıralarda bulundurulmaması gerekmektedir; masa üzerinde yalnızca hesap makinesinin kendisi bulunmalıdır.
6. Sınav başlamadan önce fotoğrafı öğrenciye ait olduğu açıkça anlaşılır bir öğrenci kimliğini masanın üzerine, herkesin görebileceği şekilde yerleştirilmesi gerekmektedir. Üzerindeki fotoğrafın öğrenciye ait olduğu net şekilde anlaşılamayan kimlikler tek başına yeterli sayılmaz; bu durumda yanında resmi kimlik (TC kimlik kartı veya pasaport) ile desteklenmesi zorunludur. Ancak öğrenci kimliği ibrazı zorunlu olup, öğrenci kimliği yerine yalnızca TC kimlik kartı ya da pasaport geçerli sayılmaz.
7. Öğrenciler, zımbalanmış olarak dağıtılan soru ve cevap kâğıtlarını sınav sırasında kesinlikle ayıramaz. Sınav sırasında ek kâğıt verilmesi durumunda, bu kâğıtlar gözetmen tarafından derhal soru kâğıdına zımbalanacaktır.
8. Sınavın hemen başında, öğrenci tarafından kullanılan soru ve cevap kâğıtlarının tamamı tükenmez kalemle imzalanmalı; öğrenci numarası ile ad ve soyadı da tükenmez kalemle okunaklı ve eksiksiz biçimde yazılmalıdır. Bu nedenle her öğrencinin yanında tükenmez kalem bulundurması zorunludur.
9. Sınav gözetmenine sınavın işleyişi haricinde dersle ilgili herhangi bir soru sorulmamalıdır. Gözetmen bu tür soruları kabul etmeyecek; ısrar edilmesi hâlinde durum tutanak altına alınacaktır.
10. Gözetmenin talimatlarına uyulması zorunludur. Kurallara aykırı davranışlar ve sınav düzenini bozucu tutumlar hakkında işlem yapılacaktır.

Dear Students,

The rules that must be followed during examinations are specified below. Please read carefully and comply with each one meticulously:

1. It is strictly prohibited to have cell phones, computers, smart watches, headphones, and similar electronic devices on your person or near you during the examination. These devices must be left at the exam proctor's desk before the exam begins.
2. The proctor will not be held responsible for any loss or damage to devices that are handed in. To prevent such unfortunate incidents, you are strongly advised not to bring electronic devices to examinations.
3. If prohibited electronic devices are detected being used or carried during the examination, a report will be immediately filed, and disciplinary proceedings will be initiated against the relevant student. This practice is carried out in accordance with Faculty Board Decision No. 2025/19-13 dated May 23, 2025 (Click here for the faculty decision).
4. Leave your bags and jackets on the hooks or against the walls in the examination room. Only your student ID, pens, erasers, and other necessary examination tools should be on the desk and chair or around your seating area. Even jackets must not be kept on the desk or chair.
5. If calculator use is permitted, the device's case must also not be kept on desks and chairs; only the calculator itself should be on the desk.
6. Before the examination begins, a student ID with a photograph that clearly belongs to the student must be placed on the desk in a manner visible to everyone. IDs with photographs that cannot be clearly identified as belonging to the student are not sufficient on their own; in such cases, they must be supported by official identification (national ID card or passport). However, presenting a student ID is mandatory, and only a national ID card or passport cannot be accepted in place of a student ID.
7. Students must never separate the question and answer sheets that are distributed in stapled form during the examination. If additional sheets are provided during the exam, these sheets will be immediately stapled to the question paper by the proctor.
8. At the very beginning of the examination, all question and answer sheets used by the student must be signed with a ballpoint pen; the student number, first and last name must also be written legibly and completely with a ballpoint pen. Therefore, each student is required to have a ballpoint pen with them.
9. No course-related questions other than those regarding the examination process should be asked to the examination proctor. The proctor will not accept such questions; if insisted upon, the situation will be recorded in a report.
10. Compliance with the proctor's instructions is mandatory. Action will be taken regarding behaviors that violate the rules and disruptive attitudes toward examination order.
