Course Schedule Enrollment Requirements (Information)
No course conflicts are anticipated for students who are progressing according to the standard curriculum and have no prerequisite courses remaining. However, should an exceptional situation arise, the following principles apply:
1. Applications submitted by 4:00 PM on Wednesday, September 9, at the latest, will be reviewed within 2 business days. Applications submitted outside this timeframe will not be considered.
2. Only cases where it is objectively impossible to arrive on time for a class due to a mandatory transfer between different campuses will be considered.
3. Even if the justification is valid, the schedule will not be changed if the requested change increases the workload of the current program or causes new hardship for other students.
4. Requests must be submitted only within the specified timeframe via Research Assistant Berkay Gürkan at bgurkan@yildiz.edu.tr, using students’ own @std.yildiz.edu.tr email accounts. Messages sent through other channels or from different email addresses will not be considered.
