ANNOUNCEMENT REGARDING THE ONLINE SUBMISSION AND STATUS TRACKING OF INTERNSHIP DOCUMENTS

Dear Students,

The submission process for the internship logbook and documents required after the internship has been updated.

From now on, all submissions of internship-related documents will be made exclusively online. The Internship Committee will not accept any documents in person or in physical form.

Students who have completed their internships must prepare the following documents in their entirety and upload them via the Logbook Submission Form:

  • FORM8: Internship Record Form
  • FORM8A: Internship Survey Form
  • FORM9: Mechatronics Engineering Department Internship Logbook Submission Form
  • FORM10: Mechatronics Engineering Department Internship Logbook
  • FORM11: Workplace Logbook Approval Form
  • FORM12: Logbook Content Checklist

Logbook Submission Form: CLICK HERE

Important: To access the form and upload documents, you must be logged in to your student account with the @std.yildiz.edu.tr domain in your browser.

The internship logbook must be submitted online no later than 30 days after the internship is completed. The student is responsible for any internship logbooks not submitted via the form within the specified timeframe.

Internship Status Tracking

The Internship Status Tracking Form has been updated to make it easier for students to track the evaluation process of their internship documents.

Students who submit their documents online will be able to track the evaluation stages of their internships via the updated Status Tracking Form. Up-to-date status information regarding processes such as document receipt, preliminary review, internship logbook review, similarity check, committee evaluation, and internship completion will be shared through the system.

Note: You may not be able to access the Status Tracking Form immediately after submitting your documents via the Logbook Submission Form. Form submissions are uploaded to the system at regular intervals, and access is granted to students accordingly. Therefore, you may need to wait a short while after submission to gain access to the status tracking system. This does not mean that your documents have not been submitted or that there is a problem with the system.

Our students are not required to submit physical copies of documents regarding their document submissions or the evaluation status of their internships.

Note: Students who have previously submitted their internship documents in person or via email do not need to resubmit them through the online system. Submissions made by these students previously will be considered valid.

In summary: All internship documents must be submitted online; in-person submissions will not be accepted, and the internship evaluation process will be tracked via the updated Status Tracking Form.

This is hereby announced to all our students.
